Father Loutermilch is a major antagonist in Outlast 2, serving as the main antagonist of the game's school segments.
He was a teacher at the school attended by Blake, Lynn, and Jessica. It is implied he raped and killed Jessica Gray by pushing her down the stairs, then staged her death as suicide, traumatizing Blake years after.
He was voiced by Karl Graboshas.

- He was a pedophile who molested Jessica when she was in the fourth grade, using her abusive father to blackmail her into letting it happen.
- When Jessica had enough of his abuse, he pushed her down the stairs, accidently killing her. Even though it was accidental he felt no remorse for it and even thanked God for her death.
- He stagged her death as suicide, making him a Karma Houdini for never getting any comeuppance for his crimes.
- Through Jessica's death, he indirectly traumatized Blake for years with guilt for letting her getting abused and killed by him.
- Unlike most of Outlast villains, he has a full moral agency and is completely aware that his actions have consequences.
- He also seems to lack any redeeming qualities.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- He only has one victim (Jessica) and it's unknown how many times he molested her, which makes him a bit too standard for a rapist in spite of his low resources, even if he is the only pedophile. This makes him fail the incredibly high Outlast heinous standards, where rape and sexual assault is sickeningly and unfortunately all too common throughout the world.

- He used to be considered Near Pure Evil until he was removed for his rape relying on fridge horror and failing the game's high heinous standards.
