Richard Daniel Sanchez, better known as Evil Rick, is the main antagonist of the Rick and Morty episode "Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind".
He was the Rick of Evil Morty who, after killing the former and turning him into his robotic pawn, travelled to several universes, killing numerous Ricks and also kidnapping numerous Mortys in order to complete his goals.
Portrayals[]
- In "Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind", he was voiced by Justin Roiland who also voiced Morty Smith, Riq IV, Mr. Frundles, and Toxic Rick in the same series.
- In "Unmortricken", he was voiced by Ian Cardoni.

His Villainous Deeds[]
- Before being brainwashed, he was abusive towards his Morty by forcing him to go on adventures, which would play a part in his ruse to becoming Evil Morty.
- He broke into the Morty Replacement store and murdered two Ricks there.
- He murdered dozens of Ricks, framing Rick C-137 in the process.
- He stole Rick C-137's memories, which would allow Evil Morty to enact his plan to escape the Central Finite Curve.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- While torturing and murdering dozens of people allows him to pass the baseline, all of his worst crimes are committed when he's completely controlled by Evil Morty, making him fail the heinous standards to him.
- Furthermore, her also fails to many others such as Rick C-137, Rick Prime and Riq IV with similar resources and even many villains with less resources.
- He has moral agency issues as he was brainwashed by Evil Morty and forced to follow his orders given by his eye patch.
- He is a scapegoat as being brainwashed made him suicidal and seemingly left him in constant agony that he had no choice but to live with as he has no control over his body.
