Evil Leafy is the major antagonist of the second season of Battle for Dream Island.

She is an evil variant of Leafy who chases down and kills anyone who gets in her path. She first appears in "The Reveal" where she could be able to join BFDI and compete to win Dream Island. She failed to join with only 34 votes and makes brief appearances throughout the season. Evil Leafy had another chance to join the show among many other recommended characters, but again had not received enough votes to get in. Despite this, she appears as the villain of the season.

In General[]

  • While her possession did suffer from fridge horror, this slowly vanishes as BFDIA continues.

Battle For Dream Island Again[]

  • After failing to join BFDIA, she breaks out of the TLC.
  • In Get Digging, she chases after Book, Ice Cube, and Spongy when they fall into the Evil Forest, this causes them to cross over the Evil canyon, which Spongy nearly fell to his death at.
    • She also caught up to Spongy and possessed him.
  • After Gelatin freezes Flower, Evil Leafy possesses her while unconscious.
  • In Get In The Van, she devours Tennis Ball, Golf Ball, Rocky, and everyone on team Freesmart.
    • Although everyone on Freesmart managed to survive, their van was destroyed, and Golf Ball, Tennis Ball, and Rocky were also killed by her.
  • In BFDIA 5B It’s a Game, she trapped team Freesmart within her, making them have to go through dangerous obstacles to save each other.
    • It was revealed here that she had also eaten many recommended characters.
  • It is implied to have killed Firey and Gelatin after they fell into her domain. This was confirmed when they were revived at the recovery center.
  • Chases after Ruby and Book upon realizing they were attempting to sneak away after turning around. (BFDIA 5C)
  • Chased after Team No Name in a hotel and nearly killed them after she cornered them in a room.
  • Chases after Woah Bunch and Freesmart atop of the Aerospace manufacturing plant.
  • In Inspectors Nightmare 4, she attempts to kill Coiny and Bomby only to successfully possess Bomby.
  • In BFDIA 13, when the tape were no longer holding her back, she felt no remorse for what she had done and continued to try to possess the contestants.
  • In PointyPointyPointy, she attempts to kill 10 of the Contestants and almost succeeds in killing Book.
  • In Respect to the Wicked, she on purposely distracts Fries from digging despite Fries telling her not to distract him.
  • She posseses Fries where Fries is clearly unable to move, preventing Evil Leary’s possession from falling into fridge horror.
  • In Start The Shift, she attempted to possess if not eat Needle.
  • She nearly possessed Coiny and Pin.
  • She successfully possesses Fries again.
  • She makes many brief appearances post-season 2, implying she is currently stalking the contestants.

Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]

  • While she does pass the baseline standards thanks to her multiple attempted murders and four successful possessions, Battle for Dream Island allows the contestants to be revived anyway, and characters like Blocky and Four (who already fails to Blocky) have also done much worse than her by putting contestants through continuous torture.
  • She suffers partially from off-screen villainy, as she is never seen eating any of the recommended characters seen in 5B.
  • Her personality and moral agency are left vague, as it is unknown if she really has control over her actions or if she really is just a mindless killer.
  • Despite being taken more seriously than other BFDI Characters, she still has some comedic moments, such as in BFDIA 6, where she tries to chase after the three teams, only to pursue a different team when one gets away from her; BFDIA 13, where Pan Flute ties her up with duct tape and she unsuccessfully tries to escape; and BFDIA 14, where Needle crushes her with a boat.

Trivia[]

  • Evil Leafy is one of the three Battle For Dream Island characters to be a Villainous Benchmark, the other two being Golf Ball and Four.
