Dr. Ranbir Sartain is the secondary antagonist of the 2018 slasher film Halloween and the posthumous overarching antagonist of its suquel Halloween Kills as well as its threequel Halloween Ends. He is the second psychiatrist of Michael Myers after Dr. Samuel Loomis' death in the 1980s. He was obsessed with Michael Myers.
He was portrayed by Haluk Bilginer, who also played Agâh Beyoglu from Persona and Dr. Hugo Grief in the 2020 TV series Alex Rider.

- In the novelization of Halloween Ends it’s revealed he physically and psychologically tortured and abused Nelson Christopher all to see how Michael would react.
- He helped Michael escape the bus which freed several other inmates including Nelson Christopher and Anthony Tivoli.
- He let Michael free knowing full well Michael will go on a killing spree.
- He told Laurie he knew everything about her knowing he will eventually bring Michael and Laurie to face each other.
- Showed no care for others only himself.
- He stabbed Deputy Frank Hawkins in the neck with a pen knife all because Frank was going to kill Michael.
- He kidnapped Allyson knowing Michael will murder her when he awakens.
- His actions caused the events of Kills and Ends which would lead to Corey Cunningham becoming a killer like Michael.
