Dr. Erwin Armstrong (also known as Dr. Armstrong or simply just Armstrong) is the main antagonist of DreamWorks 41st full-length animated feature film, The Boss Baby: Family Business.

He is the owner, founder, and principal of the prestigious Acorn Center for Advanced Childhood, a school that secretly teaches babies to act naughty. He is also the former arch-nemesis of Tina and Tabitha Templeton.

He was voiced by Jeff Goldblum.

His Evil Rankings[]

His Villainous Deeds[]

  • His primary villainous deed is his plan to eliminate parents' influence by creating an app to control them and eventually replace them with a society run by babies.
  • His most heinous action involves brainwashing an entire theater full of parents to prevent them from interfering with his plans.
  • He also attempts to kill Tim and Ted and prevent Tabitha and Tina from shutting down his server.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out[]

  • While He was able to pass the baseline because his actions almost caused thousands of babies to become naughty, He still fails the heinous standards to Francis E. Francis, who had a more personal and deeply rooted vendetta against babies and committed more extreme actions like trying to eliminate all baby love.
  • While he believes his actions will lead to a "better" world controlled by babies, his methods are extreme and harmful, demonstrating a distorted view of the "greater good". His extremism is rooted in a childlike belief that parents are responsible for all global problems, leading him to justify his destructive plans. This makes him a well-intentioned extremist, but with intentions based on a flawed and self-serving ideology.
  • He is too comedic for NPE, as he got played for many laughs.
  • Despite his intelligence, he is still a baby at heart, exhibiting insecurities and sympathetic moments rooted in his own childlike desires and beliefs about parental restrictions,
  • He is shown to have remorse for his actions when he was apologizing to his parents for ruining childrens' lives
