Dr. Eggman is the secondary antagonist of the fan film Sonic the Hedgehog: Two Worlds Collide.

• Likely committed the same crimes as his game version during the time the fan movie got released.
• Attempted to brutally kill Shadow. Knuckles and Vegeta during their encounter in the forest.
• He kidnapped Amy to use as bait to lure Sonic, Tails and Goku where he attempted to brutally kill them.
• He brutally attempt to crush Sonic with his mecha while displaying some sadism.
• Since his attempted kills were brutal he isn't an bog-standard "Kill the heroes" Villain and displayed some sadism in attempting in crushing Sonic to death.
• He has no redeeming qualities and while his defeat is comedic is played for karma and doesn't detract him anyways since it happened when he is no longer an threat to the heroes as he was retreating from them.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out?

• While his brutal attempts of killing heroic characters especially with his attempt in nearly killing Sonic by trying crush him to death brutally with his mecha prevents him from being an bog-standard "Hero the Heroes" Villain and allow him to barley pass the general baseline, he fails the heinous standards too much to be an insufficiently heinous NPE to Broly and Metal Sonic who attempted or had done far worse than him with similar or less resources that who did more than just brutal kill attempts such as blowing up cities, attempted world domination, and other traits to stand out with his other crimes just being kidnapping Amy Rose to use as hostage where he could've done far worse like his game counterpart with his resources.
  • It is also not confirmed if he done the same crimes as his game version or not making him suffer from Fridge-Horror.
  • While he did created Metal Sonic and his actions did enough harm, Eggman had no way of knowing Metal would go rouge on him and do his actions making him unintentionally heinous.

Trivia

• Since Dr. Eggman is confirmed to be the main antagonist of the sequel Two Worlds Collide 2, he might do enough crimes to stand out to be PE or NPE when it is released.
