Dr. Eggman is the overarching antagonist of the 2006 flash animation series Super Mario Bros. Z.
He is the former leader of his own empire and current member of Bowser's Koopa Troop, working as an assistant for the Koopa King. He was originally thought to be killed in Mecha Sonic's rampage on Mobius, though it turned out he somehow survived and now, he plans on regaining the Chaos Emeralds after forming alliance with Bowser, who he plans on helping take over the Mushroom Kingdom in return. He also is the archenemy of Sonic the Hedgehog.

His Villainous Deeds[]
- He is a power hungry scientist whose greatest goal is to conquer Mobius, enslave the lives of there into his robotic servants and dominate the world under the rule of his will, the Eggman Empire.
- Constantly attempted to destroy Sonic and his friends, the heroes who always stopped him to reach his goals.
- In order to defeat Sonic, he created the robotic döppelgangers of him named Silver Sonic, Silver Sonic II and Archie Mecha Sonic respectively, and sent them to the Mobius to kill him.
- When his previous robots were defeated, Eggman, with persistence, created a strong-willed robot named Metal Sonic, which will be later known as Turbo Mecha Sonic by merging itself with Eggman's previous robots and rebelling its creator.
- While it was not his willing to create an omnicidal robot like Mecha Sonic, Eggman is still the primary catalyst of the events of series for being the creator of Metal Sonic. And although his base Death Egg, and the whole Mobius was completely destroyed by the robot, Eggman had never shown remorse for his actions, continuing to work on reaching his own ultimate goal instead.
- After managing to escape the Mobius somehow, he starts to work with Bowser, a hegemonic king being bad as Eggman. Eggman aids him with his primary goal of conquering the Mushroom Kingdom and killing Mario Bros, in order to get Chaos Emeralds.
- To support Bowser, he creates a massive warship named Omega Doomship, which is used for invading the Mushroom Kingdom and kidnapping Princess Peach to make Mario surrender the Chaos Emeralds.
- Despite almost getting killed back in Mobius by his own creation, he never felt remorse for that and kept creating robots instead, as he created a robotic döppelganger of Mario, which he named Mecha Mario.
- Conducts a super-soldier experiment project to transform Koopatrols into super-soldiers. His most notably known subject is Captain Basilisx, a Koopatrol who underwent a drastic change and gained super abilities such as petrification who will be later used against Mario and his team.
- While he collaborates with Bowser, this is neither for genuine friendship nor respect, but out of pragmatic reasons to reach his ultimate goal of collecting the Chaos Emeralds. It is also most likely that Dr. Eggman had plans behind Bowser, as he briefly states that he collects the Chaos Emeralds for both himself and Bowser, but immediately corrects himself by saying only for Bowser, which is also infers that he has a cowardice towards Bowser.
What He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While being the last villain in the series to not possess any redeeming qualities whatsoever, he massively fails the high heinous standards of the series to villains such as Turbo Mecha Sonic (his own creation) and Axem Red, who are both genocidal and cataclysmic mass murderers who have lots of kill counts.
- Despite being the catalyst towards Turbo Mecha Sonic's creation, it is not direct enough, as he meant for literally none of that to happen and even demanded that Mecha Sonic cut it out when he saw it.
- He relies on too much Fridge Horror, as most of his actions are not elaborated enough as it is not clear that what he planned to do with the Chaos Emeralds and what was his true intention beyond working with Bowser. Also, him wanting a global enslavement is only mentioned by Sonic and not relevant enough to the plot.
- Overall, he has way too many comedic moments to qualify for Pure Evil or Near Pure Evil.
