Doma's Parents are minor antagonist of 2019 Shonen manga/anime series, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. They are parents of Upper Moon 2 Doma and is the reason Doma became the Demon and psychopathic serial killer who brought so many deaths and sufferings.

They were once former leaders of the Eternal Paradise Cult, Doma's father was a pervert who molested the goddesses, and for this he was killed by Doma's mother, who committed suicide by poisoning.

• They used Doma to create an Eternal Paradise cult because he had a mysterious appearance that couldn't come out of humans with rainbow eyes and platinum hair, and emotionally abused Doma to fulfill their desires.
• They used the Doma to gather their followers and pretended to be gods in front of them.
• Despite being married, there's no indication if they genuinely loved each other as they might have chosen one another for pragmatic reasons not love. Especially since the father cheated on his wife with several female cult followers and the mother had no qualms murdering her husband.
• Overall, their upbringing had a great influence on Doma becoming a nihilist and completely misanthrope, and after their death, Doma received blood from Muzan and became a demon, causing death and suffering to countless humans in the face of "salvation" and also became a serial killer.

The Father

• He used Doma to gather female followers and sexually harass them.

The Mother

• Out of jealousy of her husband, she murdered him with a knife in front of Doma's eyes and then committed suicide by poisoning herself. Moreover, considering that at this time Doma was only a child, she did not care whether or not Doma, who would see this spectacle, was mentally ill, and had no pity for the women who fell victim to her husband's misdeeds.

Why They Don't Stand Out?

• They fail the high heinous standards of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba to multiple villains who have done worse. Although it is true that they abused Doma emotionally, who then became a Demon brought suffering and death to many people, they thought of Doma as just the Messiah and did not recognize that Doma is a misanthropic psychopath who would cause so much pain and death. Since the crimes committed by Doma as a Demon after their death were all of Doma's own choice, their responsibility is exempted to some extent.
