	~ One of Desiree's catchphrase whenever she grants a wish.

Desiree is a genie-like ghost and a supporting antagonist from Danny Phantom, debuting in the episode "What You Want". She grants anyone's their deepest desires: however, the outcome becomes catastrophic, making her an immediate enemy to Team Phantom. Once someone make a wish, their wording is up to her interpretation how she chooses to grant it for them.

In "What You Want", she grants the girl's wish of Cotton Candy by producing a tidal wave of cotton candt that destroy the market (much to the delight of a dentist).
She continue to grant wishes: turning Dash into a Hulk-like creature to crush the other soccer team, Paulina turns into a cute and popular anime character: Sayonara Pussycat and gives a surfer's car and the uncontrollable power of flight.
She gave Tucker powers that consumed him and he turned evil as time went on because Tucker was jealous of Danny ghost powers and wishes for ghost powers of his own.
She is taken fairly seriously in story, as Danny never fails to recognize the threat she poses and even Madame Babazita didn’t struggle to explain her despite being mute.
On such note, she is also the only recurring antagonist in the series formidable enough to pose such threat completely without aid from others.
In "Memory Blank", when she arrived on time for the meteor shower occurred during Paulina's quinceañera party, she destroys the sale of non-environmental trucks when Sam wishes it, giving life to a giant cow.
When Sam accidentally wishes something bad would happen to Paulina. She brings the "Trinity of Death" to life as a trio of ghosts to hunt down and kill Paulina.
When Sam wishes she never met Danny, she granted the wish and created a world which Danny never meet Sam.

Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]

She fails the heinous standard compare to Vlad Plasmius who did worse by letting the disasteroid destroy Amity Park, earth and the Ghost Zone if they did not meet his demands and if they did not make him rule once he saved Amity Park from the disasteroid. Her granting wishes and making it real to make herself powerful isn't that heinous compare to other villains in the series.
She is tragic, as she was a harem girl who won the hearts of the sultan. He promised to grant her all her heart's desire and even a kingdom of her own. However, she was thrown out of the palace by the sultan's jealous wife. She died of a broken heart and old age. Her backstory implies she once genuinely used her powers to help others.
She is On and Off, as she teams up with Danny in "Prisoners of Love", "The Fright Before Christmas", and "Phantom Planet". While she does this out for selfish reasons she doesn't betray Danny even after their alliances.
She has no hostility in her first encounter with Danny, as she seemingly just wanted to know Danny's wish before he shot her away.
She does have a sense of honor, In "The Fright Before Christmas", she didn't attack Danny in that day knowing it is a rule because the christmas truce is share for all ghosts and save Christmas for everyone.
