Dennis is one of two secondary antagonists (alongside Karen) of Nickelodeon's eleventh feature film The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
He was voiced by Alec Baldwin.

His Villainous Deeds[]
- He pulled two gasoline workers’ mouths off for insulting him.
- He punched Victor into the Thug Tug, sinking it and presumably killing Victor. Though to be fair, Victor and his Thug Tug patrons threatened Dennis first.
- As a top-rank assassin, he is confirmed to have killed people, as Plankton states him to be a “merciless, cold-blooded killer”.
- Once he found SpongeBob and Patrick, he tried to murder them by stepping on them with his spike boot, before getting stepped on by The Cyclops.
- He came back and tried to kill SpongeBob and Patrick again in the same fashion while they are riding David Hasselhoff.
- He though unintentionally stabs Hasselhoff in the butt trying to mutilate SpongeBob.
- When he is about to kill SpongeBob on David Hasselhoff, he mentions how "Dennis always gets his man", which strongly implies that Dennis has successfully killed people in the past.
- Although he is hired to assassinate SpongeBob and Patrick on the orders of Plankton, he doesn’t do it out of loyalty nor honor but for his sadistic pleasure and earning money.
- He has no redeeming qualities and is the most serious SpongeBob villain in the franchise.
- While he does have some funny moments, such as him showing SpongeBob and Patrick what a real mustache looks like, him accidentally revealing that Plankton stole the crown, and SpongeBob spraying bubbles into his eyes, none of them ever detract from his villainy as both SpongeBob and Patrick still take him as a deadly threat regardless, and the last one was more on SpongeBob's part rather than Dennis'.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While he manages to pass the general baseline due to his particularly brutal and sadistic methods of killing while being a Knight of Cerberus for the franchise, he still fails the heinous standards to most of the other villains in the series like Mr. Krabs, Plankton, Cyclops, Kraken, Karen, Man Ray, Flying Dutchmen, the Dirty Bubble, and even SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward. mainly due to his worst act being a Kill the Hero villainy.
- While it's implied that he killed ten people before being hired by Plankton, it is unknown if he actually killed them or how many he killed even if he really did as we don't see their dead bodies and nobody mentions the victims. This means he suffers from fridge horror but this is a minor prevention as he doesn't rely on too much.
