Dale Stuckey is a major antagonist in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit who worked as a crime scene technician. He serves as the main antagonist of the Season 10 finale "Zebras".
He was portrayed by Noel Fisher, who also portrayed Jason Wheeler in Criminal Minds.

- In several crimes' scenes, such as rape or murder, he says "Bing Bang Bong!" at uncomfortable moments.
- He repeatably annoys Elliot Stabler and Ryan O'Halloran while investigating bodies.
- Because he messed up the paperwork, he causes the knife that Peter Harrison used to kill a mother to be admissible in court and unallowed as evidence.
- While he was angry that Harrison got away, his reasoning for framing him seemed to be out of anger that he was blamed and not because his murder
- Stabbed and mutilated Annie May Lawson and framed Peter Harrison by putting his thumbprint on a soda can.
- Indirectly causes Harrison to set up a gas trap for Fin Tutuola and John Munch, almost killing them.
- He later snuck a gas trap into Julia Zimmer's car, killing her while the detectives watched as she died.
- Put a syringe of potassium chloride onto Judge Elizabeth Donnelly's chair, almost killing her.
- When O'Halloran found out that a dead mosquito linked him to the murder of Zimmer's car, he stabbed Ryan in the heart.
- Kidnapped, Tied up and drugged Elliot Stabler before torturing him by slashing his torso.
- Held Olivia Benson hostage.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out[]
- To say he is standard compared to the law-and-order heinous standard, would be an underestimate.
- There is no proof that Dale was faux affably evil to the characters in the beginning.
- He seemingly cared for the dead victims he investigated and only made the situations awkward because he couldn't deal with looking at them.
- He has insecurities and possible care for Olivia, although it may be out of egotism
