His Evil Ranking[]

His Villainous Deeds[]

  • Has his werewolves bite many innocent New York citizens to brainwash him into his control and then have them bite other innocent people, including their own loved ones. This led to mass chaos in New York.
  • When the Turtles travelled back in time to ancient Transylvania, he has his werewolves attack them before biting Raph, slowly brainwashing him into his control.
  • He tries to lure the Turtles and Renet to his castle. When they were reluctant, he uses Raph to convince them
  • Attempted to bite Esmeralda and brainwash her into his control.
  • Allows Raphael to torture his own brothers.
  • Forces Igor into taking him to Dr. Frankenstein.
  • Brainwashes Frankenstein's monster into attacking the turtles, who were his friends. While he ended up freeing himself, he then brainwashes him again before finally starting the rampage in New York City.
  • Tried to betray Savanti Romero and rule all of time and Space and the 10 dimensions himself.
  • He then plans to bite the early humans so everyone can be a vampire.
  • When Romero sends a mummy to kill Dracula for his betrayal, Dracula kills him.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]

  • He fails the heinous standards. Him attempting to rule over the multiverse by forcibly transforming early humans into vampires and brainwashing them and modify time isn't special for the show's standards thanks to the show's previous Pure Evils and Near Pure Evils, with Kraang Prime's methods to rule over the multiverse are arguably worse, and that too. Despite him killing the Mummy, while more major and important compared to Newtralizer's kill, the three other villains who did have this as an advantage, Overmind, Kavaxas and Shredder, have killed more people onscreen also and in Shredder's case, more personally evil, which is what gave them the advantage, which Dracula lacks.
  • His killing of several of people to the point where their skeletons cluttered his crypt leans too much on Fridge Horror as it's rather vague how many skeletons there are, and nothing states or hints that Dracula is the one that killed all of them.
  • Him turning humanity to vampires simply falls under generic brainwashing rather than an And I Must Scream fate or anything close to such lines.
    • The ending of the arc's final episode makes it clear none of them have any idea of what happened while as vampires, and the method is also merely a painful bite and only Raph was shown to be really sick (and even then not to life threatening levels), and everyone becomes better with no worse for wear when the transformation is undone upon Dracula's (hilariously brutal) death.
  • His take over all of time & space plot is even vaguer than Kavaxas' (who was rejected for relying too much on Fridge Horror) which also gives out a huge problem.
