Colonel H. Stinkmeaner, simply known as Stinkmeaner, is the secondary antagonist of The Boondocks series. He is a vile and hateful old man who loves to spread hate and misery towards everyone he meets. Even after death, he still continues to haunt the Freeman family and posthumously cause chaos for others.

Although he only appears in one episode per season, he is considered one of the biggest antagonists on the show. He serves as the main antagonist of "Granddad's Fight" and "Stinkmeaner Strikes Back" and the overarching antagonist of "Stinkmeaner 3: The Hateocracy" and "Stinkmeaner: Begun the Clone War Has". He is also the archenemy of Robert Freeman.

He was voiced by Cedric Yarbrough.

His Villainous Deeds

• After becoming blind, he told his doctor he was grateful he wouldn't have to see his ugly ass.
• He founded a group known as the Hate-o-cracy that spread misery and hatred to everyone around by doing petty crimes.
• Despite his condition, he continues to recklessly drive and at one point brags that he thinks he hit a wheelchair.
• He picks a fight with Robert Freeman and beats him up after stepping on his shoes.
• He possesses Tom Dubois, has him assault a man, act like a jackass in court, deceiving his wife into having sex which is rape by deception, then attempt to kill Robert as revenge.
• He posthumously caused the Hate-o-cracy to attack the Freeman Family as revenge, even murdering their bodyguard, Bushido.
• Despite having a friendship with Uncle Ruckus, this was unintentional on his part, not to mention they’re only friends due to their shared racism and not any genuine affection.

Why Doesn't He Stand Out?

• While his crimes do manage to pass the general baseline due to including rape, he still fails the high heinous standards of The Boondocks.
• Like most characters in the series, he is not taken seriously at all, given his over-the-top petty hatred for everybody.
