Note: Do not add remorseful villains here because they still need to atone for their actions while redeemed villains no longer need to show remorse for their actions. Also, do not add characters in this category into the Flawed-Embraced category unless they already have factors that prevent them from being NPE.

HIGHLY IMPORTANT: NEVER add villains to this category that are Completely Evil (unless they fall and shed all of their redeeming factors) as those types of villainous benchmarks are completely devoid of any redeeming qualities.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Any and all Pure Goods and Near Pure Goods with pages on this wiki MUST fall under this category by default since they can NEVER return to villainy and must remain as heroes.
