Villainous Benchmarks who could have easily committed crimes that would have helped them stand out and pass the heinous standard of their work, but they are Villainous Benchmarks because their crimes take place offscreen, and while they have done baseline-passing acts before, they still fail the standards too hard or fail the standards a bit while having four other preventions too.
