Laughably Evil

Villainous Benchmarks who are considered humorous and generally funny to at least a certain amount of people for their behaviors or appearances, but their actions are still taken seriously in-universe. This is distinct from Comedic or Comic Relief in that their comedic moments do not detract from their villainy. That said, it's possible for villains to fall under both if the show's style of humor evolves (e.g. Ryuk).

Dennis, Sir Grodus, Dr. Eggman (Sonic X), and Princess Morbucks are prime examples of Laughably Evil Villainous Benchmarks.

Note: A Villainous Benchmark having one, two, or an overall small number of minor comedic moments is not sufficient to make them Laughably Evil (e.g. Death, Zuko and Akito Sohma). A Laughably Evil Villainous Benchmark has to have their comedic moments more prominent, memorable, and in greater abundance.
