Incompetent

Villainous Benchmarks who show overwhelming incompetence within their intended misdeeds, they tend to make a fool of themselves within their misdeeds, and thus are more likely to fail their evil plans and actions rather than fulfilling them (unless the heroes are just as impractical). Which makes them unable to qualify as Near Pure Evil, or Pure Evil.

Note: This category ONLY applies to villains who are genuinely incompetent. Do not add villains who are still capable of doing horrific acts despite their slight incompetence (e.g. Rob, Ganondorf (SSB), and Tuco Salamanca), they should go under Arrogant, Dimwits, Cowards, Weaklings, Egotists, Non-Action and/or Pawns categories instead.
