Flawed-Embraced

Villainous Benchmarks who besides failing the heinous standards are also very inconsistent with their villainy. In other words, this category is meant for Villainous Benchmarks who would have been Inconsistently Heinous if they were heinous enough. There are four unique kinds of flawed-embraced villainous benchmarks:

Villainous Benchmarks with numerous redeeming qualities (e.g. Loki Laufeyson, Aurelius Dumbledore, Mike Ehrmantraut, Two-Face, Death, Wamuu, Nosferatu Zodd, Magica De Spell, and Darth Maul).
Villainous Benchmarks that are too comedic and thus are not taken seriously (e.g. Vox, Lord Farquaad, Dwayne LaFontant, and Booty Warrior).
Villainous Benchmarks with moral agency issues or insufficient characterization, thus it's inappropriate for them to be PE or NPE (e.g. Bane, Shinigami King, Russian Demogorgon, and Monokuma).
Villainous Benchmarks that are On & Off, not always being a villain and genuinely doing heroic acts sometimes (e.g. Jeffy, Bowser Jr., Brian Griffin, and Junior).

It is also worth noting that the purpose of this category is that all of the villains here have no potential to be Near Pure Evil (much less Pure Evil), as all of these villains have too many preventions to qualify as such.

Redeemed villains can count only if they already displayed redeeming factors that prevent them from being NPE or at least show too much remorse for their crimes (e.g. Kylo Ren, The live-action version of Maleficent, Mello, Shadow the Hedgehog, Himiko Toga, Severus Snape, Bloodsport, Vegeta, and the Sonic Cinematic Universe version of Dr. Ivo Robotnik).

They are the evil counterparts to Flawed-Embraced Heroic Benchmarks, and are the polar opposites of Completely Evil villains (though villains that fall into that category can still be Flawed-Embraced, as long as they are too comedic to be PE or NPE).

Plus, any act of adding any of these villains to the Inconsistently Heinous Wiki without proposing/discussing them as such beforehand will result in you getting blocked temporarily by the admins, so please do not add any of these villains to the Inconsistently Heinous Wiki unless they get properly approved to be IH via a successful proposal. Continuing to violate this rule will result in consequences.
