Carlis Caillou is the main antagonist of the sequel to It-Saac Studio's Caillou Gets Grounded The Movie called Caillou Gets Grounded The Movie 2. He was born after his father Caillou had defeated Boris and his regime for their tyranny against the United States, and renaming it "Boris Land".
He use to be your average kid until one day he decided to watch some old video tapes of Caillou and his grandfather Boris to see what his father's childhood was like. Then one clip played where Boris tore Caillou a new one for not looking both ways, with Carlis agreeing with the sentiment of his father, all of which caused his demons to take control over him.
He is voiced by a text-to-speech software named Eric made by Ivona Software, who also voices Boris.
His Evil Ranking[]
His Villainous Deeds[]
- Starts siding with Boris and begins justifying Boris's abuse of his father
- Cuts off his genitals in protest of his father not giving him sufficient punishments when he was growing up.
- Justifies the Boris Land Cult's acts of terrorism and infers that their motives are out of discipline rather than malevolence.
- Argues with his class over the Boris Land Cult and asks people about their lives, making some of them relive traumatic memories and exploiting their traumatic memories for the sake of getting them to join his side.
- Once he's able to turn everyone in his class to his side, he commands one of them to murder his father, Caillou.
- It's also very likely that Carlis would've killed his classmates once he believed they were no longer useful, as his overall goal is to kill all the non-demonic people in the world. It's never confirmed or even mentioned that his classmates have demons or if they were infected by demons the moment they were convinced by Carlis' arguments.
- While on his way to Washington, DC, he began enacting a "punishment day" onto America by:
- Firing a missile at Chuck E Cheese, leading it to catch fire and killing at the very least four people while on fire, with the punishment being phrased as "No Chuck E Cheese."
- Firing a missile at and destroying the bank, phrasing the punishment as "cutting your allowance."
- Blowing up three streaming service buildings so no one can stream or watch TV for a month.
- Blowing up a hospital, police station, and even a prison, which lead to multiple convicts escaping prison and wreaking havoc.
- Threatens to kill anyone who doesn't join them as their final punishment and gives them a year to decide.
- Kills a person in contact with President Joe Biden, holding him hostage and blackmailing him before killing him.
- It's implied that he instructed to blow up more than just the buildings that were blown up on-screen.
- Attempts to murder Joe Biden and overthrow the United States government to reinstate Boris Land's rule.
- Mocks Carter for not being able to kill him, throwing him down the stairs and trying to kill his father, Caillou and Mr. Honest.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- He fails the heinous standards to the demons taking control of him and making him commit all of his villainous deeds in the first place, and it has been stated that the demons have complete control over him near the end of the movie.
- While his character is mostly taken seriously, he does have some comedic moments in the movie.
Trivia[]
- He was proposed for IH due to being very terroristic and genocidal but was rejected due to Carlis failing the standards to the very the demon that are possessing him.
