His Evil Ranking[]
His Villainous Deeds[]
- Often cuts costs at the Wonder Wharf, resulting in the rides being dangerous. For example, he took pieces of wood off a rollarcoaster in order to make seats for a stadium, which resulted in the rollercoaster's destruction. Grover noted that when he set the pier on fire the arson investigators would assume that Calvin's submarine caused the park to burst into flames.
- When an animatronic shark gets out of control and starts chaos around the town, he shifts the blame to Bob.
- Forces his tenants to play a game involving water balloons and the winner gets their rent lowered. When Bob calls him out on this, he changes the rules and says whoever hits Bob gets 50 dollars taken off their rent and 50 dollars are added to Bob's.
- He also has a habit of mocking his brother. Even when Felix tries to save him and Bob from drowning, he continues to mock him.
- He briefly sings about wanting to fire missiles at England, but immediately changes the subject.
- He also briefly mentions that Louise should work in his coalmine, which implies he uses child slaves.
- Apparently made fake law firms to stop workers from striking.
- He and Felix constantly mistreat and bully their cousin Grover, which is part of the reason of what led to him becoming the vile man he is today.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- He fails the heinous standard to his cousin Grover, who did worse with less resources.
- He is often played for laughs.
- He is very affable, especially towards people he likes, most notably Bob.
- He cares for various people despite his self-centeredness:
- Despite often mocking him, he does care for Felix.
- He genuinely respects Bob and praises his burger making skills. Whenever a situation comes up that requires assistance, Bob is usually the person he goes to for help.
- It's not brought up much, but he does love and miss his late parents. Felix claims part of the reason he likes Bob so much is because his arm hair reminds him of their father.
- Despite having a reputation of scamming people, he has various moments where he showcases honorability. This is mostly the case whenever he asks Bob for a favor, as he always pays him back for his aid.
- He has many Pet The Dog moments, like when he helped Louise with her Thomas Edison project by singing for Thomas Edison.
- He suffers from offscreen villainy. While it is sometimes mentioned that people have died at Wonder Wharf, It's usually just throwaway lines.
- He also suffers Fridge Horror, as it never confirmed that one of the worst disasters to occur at Wonder Wharf due to his negligence, the collapse of the rollercoaster, actually resulted in anyone dying.
- His mentioning of wanting a child to work in his coalmines and wanting to fire missiles at England are just throwaway lines with no bearing on the plot.
- He fails the individual capacity, as he has many resources due to being very rich but never does the worst he can do with them.
