CJ Winkle is the secondary antagonist of The SML Movie: Jeffy’s 20th Birthday!.
He is a perverted drug dealer who is Nancy’s friend and dealer as well as the brother of Mr. Winkle, whom like his brother is also a pedophile, who traded drugs for having sex with Nancy's young daughter Feebee. He eventually met his end when Feebee's brother Jeffy killed CJ by tying him to his monster truck and running it through CJ's house, destorying both the house and killing CJ.
He was voiced by Anthony Miller, who also voices many other charcaters in the same series

His Villainous Deeds[]
- He sold Nancy drugs.
- He told Nancy he wanted FeeBee due to her being unable to pay.
- He sexually abused FeeBee as Nancy’s “payment” for the drugs, causing her to get scared whenever she saw CJ.
- He attempted to take FeeBee out of her cage when Nancy wasn’t home to molest her, only for him to be stopped by Jeffy.
- It is implied that him and his brother both raped FeeBee when Mr. Winkle took him and CJ to "interview" FeeBee.
- Him taking FeeBee away to molest her caused Jeffy to be traumatized.
- It is strongly implied that he was the one that ran over FeeBee with a truck a few years later.
- 13 years later, he is still shown to be molesting young girls for 13 more years.
- When Jeffy tries to kill him, he claims he changed despite trying to molest a little gir, showing he hasn't changed one bit. less than a minute ago, which shows how much of a lying coward he is.
- Unlike most SML characters, his crimes are played for horror and he has little to no comedic moments.
- While he has a rather brutal death of being rammed into his house with a monster truck by Jeffy, it is not played for sympathy in any way, shape or form whatsoever and he completely deserves it for all the horrible things he did to FeeBee and other girls.
Why He Doesn’t Stand Out?[]
- While his crimes certainly pass the general baseline, he still fails the heinous standard to Cody Nutkiss (who went on a massive rape spree for 5 years) and Bubbles (who has raped thousands of people).
- He originates from SML, which is an extremely comedic series that heavily relies on black humor and complete jokes all the time and never takes itself seriously, which prevents him from being NPE, regardless of how seriously he is taken by the narrative.
- He also can't be Silly NPE due to the series heavily relying on sociopathic humor, with everyone being idiots and sociopaths.
- He seems to cares about his brother, as they both share same sadistic crimes like brothers. he also seemed to have good friendship with Nancy as she spoke with him in affable and polite way.
