Black Lady formally Usagi "Chibiusa" Tsukino is minor antagonist of the Sailor Moon series. She is a corrupted version of Chibiusa after being corrupted by Death Phantomz

- She attempted to destroy Crystal Tokyo with Death Phantom.
- Despite being corrupted form of Chibiusa she has a lot of characterization of her own, so it prevents her from being an "Generic Evil Dark form" and refused to be swayed back to side of good at first.
90's Anime Only[]
- Help Death Phantom with the Dark Gate to use his power with Evil Dark Crystal to corrupt the past.
- Attempted to cause damage to 1990's Tokyo and attempted to kill the Sailor Senshi.
Manga & Crystal[]
- Brainwashed her own father Mamoru Chibia her own father to try and fall in love with him even kissing him.
- Killed Rubeus her own ally for being useless to her.
- Attempted to kill Sailor Moon and Inner Senshi out of spite and sadism by brutally attempting to kill them.
- She got forced Sailor Pluto to stop time when she and Phantom about to destroy the world, using that ability kills Sailor Pluto as an result.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While her committing brainwashing and incest, aiding in attempted genocide, and attempting to kill the Senshi brutally allows her to pass the baseline, she fails the heinous standard to Mistress 9 who did worse with similar resources.
- Since she is Chibiusa corrupted by Death Phantom's Dark Power she suffers moral agency issues too much.
- She is a bit tragic due too as brainwashing was caused by from amplifying her feeling unintentionally neglected by her parents future selves feeling lonely and not having enough attention.
- It was also due to her mother's younger self treating her harshly Death Phantom used to amplfy making her a bit of a scapegoat.
- She redeems and returns to Chibiusa to stop Death Phantom with the Senshi:
- In the 90's Anime Sailor Moon manage to cleanse her corruption by showing she was truly loved.
- In the Manga & Crystal Sailor Pluto's death snapped her out of her corrupted state due to the death of her closet friend enough of a stop to return to her true self as Chibiusa.
