William "Billy" Loomis is the main antagonist of the fanfic Scream For Me. He is the boyfriend turned husband of Sidney Prescott, best friend and accomplice of Stu Macher, Hank and Nancy Loomis son, Tatum and Randy’s friend, and Roman Bridger’s apprentice.

- He alongside his accomplice Stu murder Sidney’s mother Maureen Prescott,
- He went along with Stu’s idea to get revenge on Stu’s ex girlfriend Casey Becker.
- He phones Casey eventually threatening her.
- He stabs Casey in the chest then strangles her.
- He guts her and hangs her from the tree leaving her body for her parents to find.
- He alongside Stu kidnap Neil Prescott.
- He murders a fellow Woodsboro High School student.
- He will constantly abuses Stu.
- He murders Principal Arthur Himbrey.
- He attempts to murder Sidney with Stu.
- He stabs Stu causing him to almost lose his blood.
Why He Doesn’t Stand Out?[]
- His crimes and abuse allow him to stand out, but he still fails the heinous standards compared to Roman Bridger and Mickey Altieri.
- He has genuine tragic backstory with his father abusing him constantly throughout his childhood, his mother left him due to Hank sleeping with Maureen.
- He shows remorse for attempting to kill Sidney.
- He redeems himself along with Stu when he realized he and Stu were just pawns in Roman’s revenge against his mother and half-sister.
- He has standards against killing animals especially dogs.
- He genuinely loves Sidney eventually marrying her vowing to protect her.
- He’s shown to care for Stu when Mickey shot him he asked Stu if he was ok.
- He went to Randy Meeks funeral.
- He genuinely loves his mother.
- He shown disgust when realizing John Milton raped Maureen.
