Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]

  • While his numerous murders, personal villainy towards Batman and aid to the Joker are easily enough to pass the general baseline, he still fails the high heinous standards compared to other supervillains like Joker, Hugo Strange and Scarecrow.
  • He has the decency to leave a little bit of life left into Alfred to allow Batman to have a final moment with him, making him somewhat honorable.
  • Despite everything, he truly didn’t deserve to be experimented on by Joker and Young, making him a scapegoat.
  • He is tragic, as he was falsely Imprisoned for his father’s crimes which molded him into the terrorist he is. He also only wants to Kill Batman to soothe his nightmares and believes he will have peace by killing him.
  • In Arkham Knight, he kicked his Titan addiction and went back to Santa Prisca to free it from the drug cartels that had taken over the country, partially redeeming him.
