Mark Wayne, also known as B Dup, is a supporting antagonist of the 2004 action-adventure video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

He is a high-ranking member of the Ballas who was once a trusted ally to the Grove Street Families but betrayed them by joining up with the Ballas in an attempt to eliminate them and has Big Bear being his personal slave for drug exploitation and extensive house chores.

He was portrayed by the rapper The Game.

He abandons the Grove Street Families so he can start dealing drugs and other types of narcotics and make more money in Los Santos, which GSF heavily disallows. He also joins the Ballas later on.
He also betrays the Grove Street Families by joining the Ballas, the rival gang, to start his drug-dealing career.
He exploits Big Bear into his personal slave, forcing him to sell drugs with him and doing extensive labor via household chores.⁣
- He may also have hurt and abused Big Bear because of how rudely he talks and treats him. This can be seen in the mission "Cleaning the Hood," where he calls Big Bear to see CJ and Ryder, and Big Bear appears to be uncomfortable, exhausted, and recently harmed. He then forces Big Bear to clean the toilet afterwards and then rudely replies to CJ that he should not make an appearance near his location anymore.
- He also disagrees with taking out drug dealers and refuses to join CJ and Ryder on their mission, despite the fact that he is also one.
He also made Big Bear mentally ill and miserable as he forced him to take drugs, turning him into an addict.
During a broadcast on the radio, he mentions that there is an insufficient amount of drugs, making it a problem in the hood.
He orders the Ballas to take out CJ and Sweet to defend himself in his new house in Glen Park during the latter's objective on retaking territories.
He calls out for Big Bear and harshly asks him to kill both CJ and Sweet, saying that he'll reward Big Bear with drugs if he kills them, and as a result, the former turns up on him and then punches him on the head
Despite his exceptionally short screen time for only appearing in two missions, he still stands out due to his psychological abuse severely impacting Big Bear's life, which overall is far from considered bog-standard.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]

Despite passing the baseline for psychologically abusing Big Bear by turning him into an addict, he still fails the high heinous standards of the GTA 3D universe compared to Marty Jay Williams, who had equal resources yet was able to do much worse, such as abusing his wife, threatening to kill her infant daughter, turning her into a sex slave, and attempting to rape her.⁣
