Ashley Barrett is a major antagonist in the Amazon series The Boys and a supporting antagonist in the spin-off Gen V. She is the CEO of Vought International, taking over the position after Stan Edgar resigned.

She is portrayed by Colby Minifie.

• She frequently covers up each of The Seven's atrocities as part of her job.
• She incriminated Cameron Coleman (after rejecting her) for being a mole, having The Seven beat him to death, just over him no longer wanting to have sex with her.
• She takes perverted joy in sexually abusing Hughie (disguised as Webweaver).
• She drafts a (assassination) list for Homelander with the names of 25 Vought stakeholders who all have damaging information about him. This makes her indirectly responsible for the Vought purge, as Homelander kills everyone on the list.

Why Doesn't She Stand Out?

• She fails the System Standards as she is just another employee of Vought International and her crimes are done as a result of her forced role in the company rather than committing acts of malice of her own desire, preventing her from being heinous enough.
• She fails the heinous standards to Little Nina, Indira Shetty and Professor Brink who all had comparable resources.
• She seems to care about both Queen Maeve and A-Train. With the former, she sympathized with her relationship troubles with Elena and deleted all evidence of her survival in the fight against Soldier Boy, preventing Homelander from hunting her down. With the latter, she wanted to escape Vought with him and also warned him to cut out his chip so he couldn’t be tracked.
• She felt remorse for framing Cameron Coleman and was shown crying over it afterwards.
• She is a Scapegoat who is subjected to much more abuse from her job then needed and constantly being forced to cover up The Seven's misdeeds. It is even noted she has the worst job by many.
• She is frequently played for laughs due to her bubbly, sexually perverted and eccentric personality.
• She has standards as she was disgusted when Homelander assaulted a blind superhero and made his ears bleed, having a visibly horrified reaction. She's also horrified by his murder of Anika. She was also visibly concerned when she suspected Hughie was distressed by her sexual advances, implying she is against rape.
