Arlock is a villain in Fairy Tail and the main antagonist of the Avatar Arc. He is the high priest of the Avatar cult.

- Sends his people to wipe out Malba Town.
- Summons Ikusa-Tsunagi to kill his entire cult.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While him wiping out a town is bad enough to pass the general baseline, he fails Fairy Tail's heinous standard to Hades and Mard Geer who attempted genocide with similar resources.
- He's not serious enough to be even Near Pure Evil as he and his cult are hyped up to rival the Balam Alliance only to be beaten easily by Team Natsu, showing the narrative has low standards against him and his cult.
