Lady Alcina Dimitrescu is the tertiary antagonist of Resident Evil Village.
She is a member of the Four Houses that serve Mother Miranda, the ruler of a village in Easten Europe. As the head of House Dimitrescu, Alcina lords over a great castle alongside her daughters: Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela Dimitrescu.
She was voiced by Kikuko Inoue in Japanese and by Maggie Robertson in English, who also provided the motion capture performance for her.

Her Villainous Deeds[]
- After being infected with the Cadou parasite in 1958, she mutated and was given superhuman abilities with the price of ingesting human blood to keep her body stable, or else she mutates forcefully or she dies.
- She gave 3 more parasites to 3 kidnapped women and turned them into human/blowfly hybrids who Alcina adopts as Bela, Cassandra & Daniela Dimitrescu. The 3 become complete lost causes who obey Alcina’s every command without question. Alcina also appears to treat her daughters more like loyal lapdogs than actual daughters
- Spends the next 60+ years living inside Castle Dimitrescu with her spawns with absolute cruelty, frequently replacing maids, probably killing hundreds if not thousands of innocents and consuming their corpses, terrorizing the village & doing Miranda’s dirty work, Almost losing her humanity along the way.
- Made a wine “Sanguinis Virginis” which is Latin for “maidens blood”, which is basically what is inside of it mixed with regular wine and worse she sells it for public consumption, along with other wines.
- When men enter her castle they are drained of their blood and their carcasses’ are made as scarecrows in the vineyard.
- Doesn’t treat her maids/women good as when they mess up a task (such as spilling soup for one maid) or outlive their use, they are tortured & drained of their blood in the dungeons, and they either end up as the Dimitrescu’s next meal, a bottle of Sanguinis Virginis or turn into mere shadows of their former selves who are known as the Moroaica, who are basically zombies, or Samca, which is basically a Moroaica with wings and a long tongue, they act as guards for the Castle.
- One man attempted to kill her with the “Dagger of Death’s flowers”, a blade which is known to kill monsters, and when he failed, he was killed and the dagger was buried in a coffin with his corpse.
- Has a literal blood bath inside one room and the basement linked to it is filled to the knees with blood, wine, and corpses with Moroaica guarding it, presumably taking hundreds of innocents blood to fill it up to that level..
- Her dungeons are filled with torture equipment which her victims have to endure during horrible torture sessions.
- Had someone called "Rednic" human traffic people to her.
- She sees herself as the second command compared to the other lords and despises Karl Heisenberg as the two would fight a lot, she would have even killed Heisenberg if not for Miranda’s influence.
- She had a maid Ingrid locked up inside a dungeon, presumably for being unstable and overly alert, and when she tried to escape she ran into Alcina who killed her personally with her claws
- When Miranda came back to the village with Rose, Alcina took part in ripping Rosemary apart and was entrusted by Miranda to keep her head safe within a flask until the ceremony, as the other lords got the rest of the flasks/body parts.
- Miranda ordered Alcina to kill all of her remaining maids, which she does so, they either died or got turned into Moroaica or Samca.
- When Ethan arrived in the village searching for his daughter Rosemary, he got kidnapped by Heisenberg and taken to a meeting with the rest of the lords and Miranda to discuss Ethan’s fate, Alcina wanted Ethan so she could eat him with her daughters and when Ethan’s fate was in Heisenberg’s hands she objected and argued with Heisenberg until being put into place by Miranda and Ethan was put into a death run by Heisenberg.
- When Ethan shows up at her Castle, he was captured by her daughters, who took him to see Alcina, while surprised to see him alive, she briefly tortures him by drinking his blood and leaving him hanging by hooks in his hands in the air by his own bodyweight until she tells Miranda the news
- When breaking the news to Miranda about Bela’s death, Miranda ordered Alcina not to kill Ethan until the ceremony, but Alcina rebels and vows to kill Ethan and make him pay
- Catches Ethan inside her dressing room briefly tortures him again and accuses him of stealing her property when he hasn’t stolen anything and sends him flying a few floors down
- Sadistically slices off Ethan’s arm when in the basement and throws him across the room, allowing Ethan to escape from her as she vows to hunt him down.
- If Ethan visits the main hall after killing Daniela, Alcina can be seen ordering Cassandra to kill Ethan and bring her his head,
- Also, when Ethan kills Cassandra, she will say that Cassandra pushed herself too far, like she wasn’t the one who ordered Cassandra to kill Ethan and failed.
- If Ethan visits the main hall after killing all of her daughters, Alcina calls for Cassandra, when she discovers all of her daughters are dead, she cares more about how much blood and sweat went into raising the daughters were all for nothing rather than her daughter’s deaths themselves.
- Throughout the castle, Alcina constantly hunts down Ethan for revenge for killing her daughters, while threatening and mocking him.
- Catches Ethan by the coffin with the Dagger of Death’s flower’s in his hands, and she stabs him with her claws, Ethan retaliates by stabbing her back with the blade, Alcina reacts and throws Ethan through the window, making Ethan lose the dagger as it fell down the cliff.
- Alcina mutates into a dragon because the dagger interfered with her regeneration and vows to kill Ethan in that form, she grabs him and takes him to the roof of the tower where the two battle it out, Alcina taunts him about how he’ll have the most painful death possible in the middle of it,
- Ethan manages to get the upper hand and Alcina is on the brink of death, she falls through the tower and takes Ethan with her, and attempts to kill him one last time by making him fall to his death while saying he’ll never see Rose again
- When she sees he survived the fall, she cursed Ethan one last time before succumbing to her demise, ending the Dimitrescu‘s bloodline and their reign of terror once and for all.
- You could see that she becomes more insane and animalistic in her dragon form, but it really changes nothing at all because she is “inside out” as she does what she intended to do to Ethan when she was still “human”
- She has some comedic moments such as her rivalry with Heisenberg, but it doesn't distract from her villainy.
- Even if her condition requires her to eat human flesh & blood constantly to maintain her regeneration, she does it all with sadism and takes it too far.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- She fails the massive Resident Evil heinous standards, specifically to both Miranda & Karl Heisenberg, Miranda because most of her many crimes were under her accord, and Heisenberg because you actually see his kill count of the hundreds-thousands of Soldats in his Factory, and has a unique crime of trying to turn Rosemary, a baby, into a weapon, not to mention he is described as being the most dangerous lord by the Duke and you never really see Alcina's kill count, but it is in the hundreds at least while villains like Wesker, Spencer, or Ashford had similar resources yet had a kill count of thousands. or even millions
- Despite making them into monsters and treating them more like loyal lapdogs, she genuinely cares for her adopted daughters, Alcina only really wanted Ethan at the meeting so her daughters could be entertained as twisted as that sounds. She was saddened by Bela’s death and looked like she was on the brink of tears when she breaks the news to Miranda and goes against Miranda’s rule to avenge her and kill Ethan, she was also sad at finding out when Ethan kills all of her daughters.
- She is extremely loyal to Mother Miranda and genuinely craves her attention doing whatever it takes to make her happy when in reality Miranda couldn’t care less about Alcina.
