Albedo is a major character in the Overlord light novel/manga/anime series.
Her Evil Ranking[]
In General[]
- While she does care about her sister Nigredo, she will not hesitate to suggest to kill her if she betrays Ainz as for example when she and Prestoia went behind Ainz's back to save children during the events of Demonic Disturbance.
- While she does have an ton of comedic moments they are mostly when she is around Ainz Ooal Gown and the other NPCs when she isn't doing villainy while she acts more seriously outside in the field and even then the shows dark tone is too much to make them detract her as an threat even then.
Her Villainous Deeds[]
- She attempted to kill several people for the slightest disrespect over Ainz even when Ainz himself said he wasn't offended himself or even disrespectful acts considered petty and if not for Ainz himself's or other character intervention.
- She tried to kill Enri and Nemu when they refused to accept Ainz's potion since they are too scared thinking was blood and attempted to kill them before Ainz stop her and cleared things up with the two humans.
- When marching in a E-Rantel a child manipulated by Demiurge thrown an rock at an Death Knight and even when the mother apologized she still went to punish them regardless and didn't care if it was an child subjecting to punishment regardless of age or gender. If not for Pandora's Actor as Momon she would've killed them both. Even then she wish to do it when they step out of line.
- Attempted to form a unit to hunt and kill the remainint Supreme Beings excluding her creator for them simply abandoning them behind Ainz's back by claiming for simply searching for them as she thought they were hurting Ainz while unaware of the real reasons why they left.
- She slaughtered all of the people in Philps Domain and then seemly torture him to death. While Philip deserved it for his actions of his robbery causing an war, she killed many innocents who weren’t even uninvolved or were only following his orders.
- She remains unpunished for her actions making her an Karma Houdini.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While her actions of aiding Ainz Ooal Gown to do his deeds and slaughtering an entire domain which some of it's citizens who weren't involved or were forced by Phillips taking innocent lives allow her to easily pass the baseline, she fails the heinous standard to Ainz Ooal Gown and Demiurge who did worse with similar resources as she could do same acts but is an minor prevention since she usually follows Ainz Ooal Gown's orders mostly than acting on her own.
- She is a bit of an Anti-Villain as she wish for to Nazarick and the Sorcerer Kingdom to proposer even if it was due to fulfill her master’s goals and wishes.
- She suffers minor moral agency issues due to her being programed NPC but is a minor prevention as she develops and still genuinely loyal to Ainz Ooal Gown.
- While her love was programed as a joke, she said she would still genuinely love Ainz Ooal Gown even if it did happen.
- Her scheme of trying to kill the other remaining Supreme Beings who abandon her relies too much on fridge-horror since it is unknown if they been transported alongside Ainz.
- Worse according to the Word of God aka the Overlord series creator, states only Ainz from his guild been transported and if confirmed canon in-universe it means she going on a pointless wild goose chase of hunting other guild members not even in the New World.
- She gets along with the other NPCS even Shalltear despite them bickering a lot as they don't mind sharing Ainz but fight over who be his main wife.
- She has some minor standards as she was shocked to see Philip being that stupid to go that way to attack at shipment and too stupid to be manipulated or not wanting to rule E-Rentel through fear unless resorted ordered to it.
- Despite her hatred to humans she makes very few minor exceptions if she finds them interesting or if they are useful to Ainz Ooal Gown meaning she can tolerate them such as Renner where she got along with her even talking about the men they love or gladly fulfilling Philp's father's last wishes to make his son suffer much as possible, making them all "Pet the Dog" moments.
